Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will be able to cancel or make any adjustments contacting customer service. You can expect to receive your order based on the timeline provided in your confirmation email. Please note the delivery times are estimated and vary for different products and locations.

All of our orders are inclusive of taxes and duties. While it is unlikely that any unexpected charges will be incurred, customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to their shipments. Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs processing.
