Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Lummiwell. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your items for free within 30 days of delivery. To request a return you have to contact us at info@lummiwell.com.
RETURN PERIOD: We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
RETURN CONDITIONS: To qualify for a return, your item must be in it's original condition, properly packed, with tags attached, and in it's original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
RETURN COSTS: In most cases, you can return your item for free. But depending on the item and your location shipping fees may apply. If there are any exceptions, our customer service team will inform you when you request a return and provide you with the necessary instructions. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME: We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. This timeline is an estimate, and in some cases, processing may take longer. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
